Background
A hologram is a technology that records information obtained from an object and reconstructs a complete image from that information. The name derives from holos, meaning “whole,” and gramma, meaning “record” or “message.”
The Talent Hologram is a derived index calculated from the Big Five, the foundational dimensions used in personality analysis.
It has always been displayed together with the underlying Big Five scores and is designed to represent all five dimensions without overlooking any of them when personality is viewed from a particular purpose or perspective.
The underlying reality represented by the hologram is always described by these five scores. When attention is directed to an individual characteristic, the structure allows the personality behind that characteristic to be traced back to its underlying dimensions. This is one of the defining characteristics of the feature.
The previous name, Index Score, described the feature from the perspective of its design. We have adopted the name Talent Hologram to better express the feature from the user’s perspective.
